ArtsHub McLuhan House welcomed visitors from across Edmonton during this year’s Doors Open, offering a unique opportunity to explore one of the city’s most distinctive heritage spaces.

Hosted by Arts Habitat Edmonton, the event invited guests inside the beautifully restored home in the historic Highlands neighbourhood to discover its rich history and vibrant present-day purpose. Best known as the childhood home of renowned Canadian professor and media theorist Dr. Marshall McLuhan, the house now serves as a creative hub, providing affordable studio and gallery space for artists and arts organizations.
