To Be Eligible to License Office or Studio Space with Arts Habitat Edmonton:
- Resident Eligibility
— An individual artist must be a resident in the Edmonton / amiskwaciy-wâskahikan Metropolitan Region (EMR) for the duration of the studio or office license. This includes the City of Edmonton, identified regional communities, and the Indigenous communities of Enoch Cree Nation, Alexander First Nation, Paul First Nation and Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation.
- Edmonton Metropolitan Region (EMR) includes:
- six cities (Beaumont, Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Spruce Grove and St. Albert);
- one specialized municipality (Strathcona County, which includes the Sherwood Park urban service area);
- three municipal districts (Leduc County, Parkland County, and Sturgeon County);
- ten towns (Bon Accord, Bruderheim, Calmar, Devon, Gibbons, Legal, Morinville, Redwater, Stony Plain and Thorsby);
- two villages (Spring Lake and Warburg);
- eight summer villages (Betula Beach, Golden Days, Itaska Beach, Kapasiwin, Lakeview, Point Alison, Seba Beach, and Sundance Beach); and Five Indian reserves for four First Nations (Alexander 134 of the Alexander First Nation, Enoch Cree Nation 135 of the Enoch Cree Nation, Wabamun 133A and 133B of the Paul First Nation), and the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation.

— An individual artist needs to register and be approved for Professional Arts Membership (PAM).
- The Professional Arts Membership formally acknowledges you are a practicing professional in the Arts. Arts Habitat Edmonton assesses Professional Arts Membership applications for the following categories:

- Professional Arts Organizations

- Guided by our mission, we aim to create appropriate and accessible art spaces to allow arts communities to thrive. To do so, we’ve created art spaces within The Arts Habitat (our art space network) to be bookable by artists, NFP arts organizations, and the general public. Moreover, we’ve set aside select Project Studio, Studio, and Office space within The Arts Habitat for professional artists and NFP arts organizations to ensure access to their livelihoods.
- To book select Studios and Offices in our ArtsHubs across The Arts Habitat, artists, and NFP arts organizations must present their Professional Arts Membership to be granted access to make the booking.
- The Professional Arts Membership formally acknowledges you are a practicing professional in the Arts. Arts Habitat Edmonton assesses Professional Arts Membership applications for the following categories:
